Shipping and Returns

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMTAION:

COST
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
 
TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email after you've placed your order, followed by another email once your delivery has been shipped out with the tracking number.
 
SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are sent with Australia Post. Please note, shipping times may vary according to Australia Post time frames and zones
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to two business days to process the order before being shipped.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
King21 can ship products internationally, feel free to Contact Us for a shipping quote. 
 
CUSTOM DUTY TAXES
Deliveries to countries outside of Australia might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees set by your local authority. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you. Please contact your local customs authority to find out the cost of what the taxes may be.

 

GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION:

All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Requirements for all returns must be:
  • in their original condition, unwashed and undamaged
  • in their original condition with all original tags attached
  • the original packaging must also be returned in original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet these requirements

CHANGE OF MIND
If returning for change of mind, you will need to pay return postage and only the product cost will be refunded.
 
EXCHANGES
Sadly, we do not offer traditional exchanges. The best way to go about this is to return the item as a change of mind.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and then you are able to reorder the size or item you would like.
 
DAMAGES OR FAULTS
If returning a product for damages or fault please Contact Us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide you with a postage label.

To give us a better chance to solve possible problems we ask you:

  1. to provide details to us what the defect or problem with the product (s) is; and
  2. to include several pictures of the product (s) clearly showing the defect and overall state of the product (s).
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately we do not offer cancellations on any orders placed on our website. Please refer to our returns information on refunds.
 
AFTERPAY
Once your return has been processed, any future instalments with Afterpay will be cancelled and you’ll be refunded any payments already made to the value of your return.
